feat(noctalia): NixOS snowflake on the launcher, control centre and dock
The bar's two end buttons show the distro logo from /etc/os-release
(nix-snowflake, the blue hicolor icon) instead of the rocket and the
Noctalia glyph; colorization stays off so it keeps its own colours.
The auto-hiding dock gets the same logo as its launcher button. The
default bar layout is now spelled out in noctalia.nix so the per-widget
settings have somewhere to live.
