Point source links at GitLab and add a GitLab Pages mirror
The footer, credits page and git cheat sheet now link to
gitlab.com/DAEMON-404; the README names the live Cloudflare host.
A .gitlab-ci.yml publishes the same Astro build to GitLab Pages on
every push to main.
