scripts: point vault porters at the Linux vault (was stale macOS /Volumes path)

port-vault.py, port-missing.py and build-candidates.py hardcoded the old
macOS external-drive path (/Volumes/bmdrbeKUVgvV/...), so on the Linux box
they couldn't see the vault and no new cheat sheets could be ported. Use
$VAULT_CHEATS if set, else default to ~/git/NetrunnerVault/02Cybersecurity/
Cheatsheets. No site/content change.
