State why HackTricks is mirrored on the homepage

The mirrors section explained what the three upstream trees are but not why
HackTricks specifically is worth mirroring rather than just linking to —
add the actual reason: the official site is increasingly cluttered with
ads and AI-generated filler, so this is the same content read clean and
searchable offline.
