     15 HP System Management Homepage (SMH), commonly deployed alongside HP Systems Insight Manager, uses TCP port 2301 for HTTP/autostart and TCP port 2381 for HTTPS. Depending on the startup mode, a request to port 2301 may start the web service on port 2381 and redirect the browser.<sup>[[1]](#references)</sup>

HPE documentation for Windows deployments directs users to authenticate with an operating-system account; administrators on the host receive corresponding SMH privileges.
